How do You Select Mothers?
We carefully evaluate candidates based on several key factors, including personal motivation, physical and mental health, family background, education, career path and support network. We welcome unconventional profiles with unique experiences or accomplishments that reflect character, determination and commitment. Ideal candidates are between 23 and 36 years old and do not have children.

To apply, please submit a 300-500 word introduction to mothers@pronatalia.com, including your age, social media links, current location, and whether you are open to relocating to another city or country. If your profile aligns with our requirements or matches the preferences of a client, we will reach out to schedule an initial interview.
How Does Compensation Work?
We suggest an annual compensation of USD $60,000 to $100,000 for the full-time care of a single child. This amount is non-taxable and should be adjusted based on each parent’s contributions, sacrifices and the number of children being cared for.

With the assistance of a family lawyer, we will help future parents formalize the agreement into a contract before any fertilization process begins.
What Method of Fertilization do You Recommend?
Unless there are fertility concerns or the parents opt for embryo screening, the simplest approach is self-insemination using a disposable syringe. The process is similar to sperm donation, where the father is first screened for STDs and then provides a sperm sample each month during the ovulation period until a viable egg is produced.
What is Polygenic Embryo Screening?
Polygenic Embryo Screening (PES) is an emerging yet commercially accessible technology that estimates the genetic likelihood of polygenic conditions (such as diabetes and depression) and traits (such as height and cognitive ability) in embryos. This technology enables patients undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) to utilize polygenic scores to guide the selection of embryos for transfer and implantation.
