Each candidate participates in multiple rounds of structured interviews and thorough background verification to ensure alignment with our standards. Selected candidates are strategically matched with fathers to achieve the highest compatibility across values, family goals, geography and parenting preferences.

Natalia exclusively facilitates non-romantic parenting arrangements, with each parent maintaining complete independence over their personal life and relationships. We collaborate with prospective mothers who demonstrate strong autonomy, informed decision-making, and a thorough understanding of the responsibilities and commitments involved. Our process fosters transparent and equitable partnerships, supported by legal and financial safeguards that protect the best interests of both mothers and children.

Natalia operates primarily across North America and Europe, supported by an established network of partners in Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Belgium, with a premier presence in Canada and France. Internationally, we advise on the structuring, governance, and long-term coordination of complex family arrangements, including multi-household family models and customized educational planning.

In family arrangements facilitated by Natalia, financial support is a structured contribution, typically in the range of USD 75,000–110,000 per year in total, with the goal of maintaining the child’s established standard of living and appropriately supporting the primary caregiver’s role.

This support envelope includes: statutory child support, caregiver compensation reflecting the time and responsibilities assumed by the primary caregiver, and agreed upon lifestyle and expenses such as housing, education, healthcare, travel, and extracurricular activities, with adjustments for the number of dependants, cost of living, and any change in circumstances. All support terms are negotiated and set forth in the co-parenting agreement prior to conception.

For non-romantic parenting arrangements, conception via sperm donation or assisted reproductive technologies (including IVF) is the standard approach.

Natalia establishes a bespoke confidentiality framework for each client, calibrated to their specific privacy expectations and risk profile. This framework governs the entire candidate selection process, all internal and external communications, data handling, and documentation retention, ensuring that sensitive personal information is protected throughout the lifecycle of the engagement.

A co-parenting agreement is a written plan that defines how two or more individuals will jointly raise a child outside a romantic relationship. It specifies each party’s rights and responsibilities regarding parenting time (physical custody), decision making authority (legal custody), financial support, communication protocols, and mechanisms for resolving disputes.

To ensure enforceability, the agreement may be submitted to a court for review and approval and incorporated into a formal court order, provided it complies with applicable law and is consistent with the child’s best interests. For every family arrangement Natalia facilitates, co-parenting agreements are drafted and executed prior to conception with the support of experienced family law counsel.
